Which Manager do we want ??

We need one in to start rebuilding now.

Been realistic about us and what we can offer I would go for Gareth Ainsworth.

Give him the opportunity to have a long term go at it. He would have the rest of the season to have a good look at what we need which is a lot.

    Not a bad shout pocket.

Warne is not the right man for this. It's not his fault at all but he's not a long term option so why keep drifting along.

Justin Edinburgh would be another one I would suggest.

We're not gonna get a big name manager in.

Just out of interest how would you guys feel about going for a big name player looking to get into management and prepared to learn his trade further down the leagues , someone such as John Terry perhaps , Michael Carrick , Steven Gerrard even , these guys are seriously wealthy and wouldn't be influenced by money , they'd just be happy to get a start in management .

I take the point it's risky but every appointment is risky , no guarantees with anybody , perhaps a wise old bird at the side of a young manager would lessen the possible pitfalls .

It could reignite the club after such a difficult and disappointing season and give everyone a boost .

I hope Tony Stewart has the balls to make a statement by approaching a club for their successful manager like he did when he went for Steve Evans.
There was no one on that list of potential managers who particularly inspired confidence so I hope TS looks beyond that.
However, even if he was lucky enough to appoint someone with a chance of getting us back up, what then? Presumably back to a season of struggle with no clear plan?
There's got to be a better way than this.

GA would be a good choice Pocket. Would he come though? Who would want to come? That's the problem, so many out of contract managers just wanting a salary to pay their bills. We have to make the right choice this time around and so hopefully we can attract someone already doing a good job. GA fits that bill

What about Coco The Clown to give us a bit more status and gravitas.

Gareth Ainsworth would do for me. Doubt our Technical Committee have heard of him!
