If we have a chairman willing to spend money, why didn't the club buy Bradshaw, but let Stubbs stumble in a league he knew nothing about, the over a million pound for Gregory was never going to happen, then we have a technical board who know nothing about football.
This £60,000 machine has not done much yet, the money would have been better used to offer Ward a better contract, to keep a asset that could get the club out of division 1.
Has I said before Warnock should have been offered a place on the board, to guide them with his football knowledge while fetching in a young manager where Warnock could have shown the ropes. Personally I think Warnock would have stayed if a offer on the board was made.

I wish you could be answered in a honest manner by the club!

You all have the same information as the rest of us......however - many are accepting the club are doing the best they can under very challenging circumstances.....that's all you need to know....

The nuts and bolts of running the club - I'm afraid is confidential and not in the club's interest to tell all and sundry for commercial reasons.

    Accept this reality!

It's well documented how we have a budget and a wage Structure .....not forgetting our club motto:

    Value for money !

I've read and listened to all things Rotherham United this season and TS has given me all the information I need and answered all the question asked so far on this thread - I think it's simply a lack of comprehension of the information that is supplied by the club rather than a lack of information.

But I forget some "fans" think they buy a pie and are shareholders...

and if you are happy with waste of space crap managers coming in and ruining our season and you are happy with what's gone off and currently going off then it's fans like you Stewart laughs at while his business gets paid….

All those words to say precisely nothing.

The charm offensive to con people into renewing season tickets for next season has officially started.

What exactly are the lessons that have been learnt and how are we going to ensure we don't make the same mistakes again?

I hope he feels the need to employ a head of football. Not someone who will get involved with the team afairs but someone who can control the stuff that goes on behind the scenes. He should be doing the signings of players, the form filling and most of all the responsibility of everything to do with football administration.

It would be a bad move to get rid of Paul Douglas because we need someone to help. It's not a one man job it can't be plus Tony Stewart obviously believes in him.

Just wanted to shed a little light on the subject....sorry....

Continuity is the one component this season lacks - we are painfully finding our level this season....class costs a lot of money and we are in a class league - just can't afford it to keep up with the Jones' this year...

Great season next season and come back better prepared - touch wood !

Every roller coaster has downs as well as the ups......who wouldn't have taken our present position 4 / 5 years ago....

Bitterly disappointed but kids are cold and dieing in the world - so thank your lucky stars - have a safe and pleasant night - tuck your kids in and kiss them goodnight.......
