The problem with our club is that we usually do the right things - but always much too late. We should be anticipating what needs to be done not reacting months later e.g. fitness coach, recruitment guy, focus on young players and youth development, appointment of a new manager, sale of Danny Ward, making money available for next season... We're always playing catch up. Eventually, it will dawn on somebody that a business plan might be a good idea, then we'll devise one for 2016.

This is what ****s me off with the club, having to hear it from media first and not the club

You couldn't make it up…..new fitness coach so will Warney be having a leaving party for his cones?
Nialed on now Warney is our new Manager for the new season….
Big step up in wages he's no spring chicken so can't blame him for taking the job tbh…family first and all of that..
Have to invest in a new suit now though Paul for the camera's…..thing is though Warney is a fans man and the tracksuit will be the dress for the touchline….
