Donny's fan base has shrunk alarmingly since their heady days in the Championship. Were lucky to top 5,000 most of the season. Hope the same thing doesn't happen to us.

Doncaster do hate us i play poker at a pub in Doncaster for Redtooth. They all know iam a miller as i after wear the shirt for banter. The fact is most of the pub are closet Rovers fans and do not go that often. Maybe 10/15 homes games a season max. And alot only started going back this season. In the past there has been a real hatred for Rotherham. Over the years many "offs" at games. I can recall it kicking off in the ground on the side terrace one year think it was a fa cup game. Also outside, really bad one year. I can recall a guy getting a slab over his head.

Since our rise to the championship the hatred has cooled and its more directed towards Leeds since 50% of the town are Leeds fans .You not believe how many Leeds are in Doncaster .Dont get me wrong they hate us and it will be tasty next season when the caravans roll(sorry if i crossed the line with the caravan reference mods) up outside New York Stadium and i expect the Doncaster Defence Regiment will turn up and try something . On a personal point of view it will always be Wednesday for me. The hate and venom i spew for those ****s is unsurpassed .
