Sorry for my ignorance, but who actually played? Which age group? Who scored?

Don't know who played apart from Thomas and McGinley.

No report on this match anywhere, not even on official site.I went to this, but there were no team sheets and the scoreboard wasn`t working.

Tom Maguire one of the lads called up to Northern Ireland with the other lad wouldn`t have played, he recently broke his leg. I wish him a quick recovery and hope he gets his career back on track.

This season the Academy have done really well. They finished second in the Youth Alliance League. Highest league placing for near enough ten years.

Some good prospects down there but that`s all they are good prospects. Hopefully some can be involved with the 1st team next season.

I was present and know squads quite well, we had a mixture of 18s and future scholars but I think it was more giving 18s players that are to be released a good send off as I think we have only kept 3/4 on moving into next season.

Goal scorer was the lad we signed in Jan Akeel Francis 6'1 I'd say very strong gets his shots off and scored a decent goal in the end

Bolton was a level above for me on night was popping the ball round quite a bit, bar Francis and McGinley the rest were fighting to compete throughout the whole game.

Let's hope these two lads get a look in next season especially Francis this lad seems to get tons of goals and has the physical attributes and actually can play with ball at his feet.

McGinley looks class winger always plays on either foot and beats his man whilst delivering the ball into the box 8 times out of 10. They both look like they need to be on the pre season bus!
