    Recruitment so far

Seen it mentioned on another thread and thought it deserved it's own because the recruitment has been first class so far with not 1 single player looking like a bad one which is a first. Think bringing in the recruitment guy was a genius and him PW and the club have done an excellent job so far. Signing Moore permanently now would top it all off, get him signed up!

Yes it's been very very encouraging and can't wait to see what happens at Xmas.
PW said on Deedah FM last night that he's wanting two more transfer windows to make us the finished article.
From what we've seen so far they've got an eye for quality.

I've said on another thread the only duff signing is offering a new deal to JCH.

I think people underestimate the job Warne has done.
He’s totally changed the system and a hell of a lot of the players including most of the dead wood.

He’s got the interest of the club at heart and he deserves massive praise.

Just JCH to move on and get someone in who looks interested and can stay on his feet to replace him would be a good move.

The players signed at the start of this season (and loans) have done well so far. Not entirely convinced about Purrington and Bray though.

Still feel our weakness is at the right back position. Cummings didn't shine at all and looked lethargic at times and his constant back passing didn't help. He didn't look part of the jigsaw yesterday.

Time Brin give it time ,he did ok yesterday and to be fair to Cummings he has not played much with the team,he has loads of experience and will come good.As far as JCH is concerned we should stick with him for this season, give him a full game against Chessie tues,he wants to do well and will require game time and patience and I think he is worth the effort by us to give him the best chance of getting there, after all if he does come good what a bonus.

Cummings didn't look fully fit at the start of the game. He seemed to warm up a bit as the game progressd though. Hopefully, Warney will soon get him up to full speed - he looks like he'll be a decent footballer when (if?) fully fit

Think the JCH thing has been done to death.. we all know his problems and repeating them won't make him a better player.
    Regards PW other signings.
Cummings and Emmanuel are both decent league 1 players and Emmanuel will become a good championship player..

Wood 1 year extension. Great move for this division. Does the job asked.

Ajayi looked better in the championship simply because he's not strong enough to handle the burley lg 1 strikers

Ihiekwe has stepped up well from non league. Needs to work on his distribution..

Need to see more of Manny

Purrington. Patches of making a decent Lb problem is though his style doesn't suit the style of play warne has set up. Good defensive poor going forwards.

Potter. Best signing for me. Not seen him have a bad game. Infact don't recall him passing the ball to the opposition, always finds a red shirt.

Ball,. Great goal scorer though don't see how he would fit into the set up. It would take a injury to Moore for him to get a run of games.

Moore. Great form. Left isolated Vs Blackburn due to poor starting selection. Hope we can sign him in January.

Rodak. Potential and very vocal. Personally I would pay more for him than Moore as I think he will go to be a high end championship keeper.

Towell. Warne type of player. Hard working and gives 100,% every game. Needs to look up more as he likes 2/3 touches when 1 is enough

Williams,. One of the better wingers. Always looks a threat. Wish he would run the defenders more as proved yesterday with his 40 yard foot race.

Bray. Looked good in reserves. Seems to be a bit of a sicknote. Man up sir.

Proctor. Will/would have been a great asset in league one. Real shame about his injury..
If we get promotion then he may not play again for us..

Potter, Williams & Moore yes + Proctor when he was fit. Emmanuel would send back in January. Rest adequate.
