I thought FGR performed played really well yesterday without Noble. I wonder if his love affair with Cooper is over or if he'll turn up at Coopers new club when he gets the boot later this season as he surely will if FGR don't improve.
BTW why was Cooper hiding in the stand yesterday? Couldn't he face the grief the Notts supporters would have given him had he stepped out onto the pitch? Spineless snake methinks or maybe he was a good guy who Trew abused and he was just looking to get even. Some people on here have got short memories. Hardy & Nolan have achieved miracles. I for one will never forget how close we came to dropping out the league with the Trews. I think the dynamic duo will take us up this season maybe not as champions and perhaps via the playoffs but compared to the Trews tenure this season represents a quantum leap.
Like Elite said touchline ban for one match..... Don't kid yourself Iluv he wouldn't give a toss about facing grief from Notts fans he's a football manager thick and skinned spring to mind. In fact I doubt if the majority of Notts fans didn't give a toss either....
Cooper had nothing but nice things to say about us in the pre-match interview for local radio in the South West, he said we're a good club with fans that can make a good atmosphere and that (in that respect) he enjoyed his time here but he also said the board made things very difficult for him.
Sid is still trying to push the anti-Trew agenda......he obviously hasn't read that we have new owners
Even the commentators pre-match didn't know the reason that Cooper was in the stands 30 minutes before kick-off....they had to wait for an official statement....and that was 25 minutes before kick-off....Slater and Stall must be the plural of ignoramus, whatever that is?....Sid will tell us, he knows everything
