What he did whilst at Peterborough on loan seems to be still on the mind of the coaches at NYS. They seem to be looking at squeeky clean players who are willing to take life not too seriously, run forever and not be too critical of their colleagues.
Dom ball kind of reminds me of a story my dad told me.

A woman who he worked with was boasting about her son being accepted into shef w pig pen academy. He turned up for a few weeks until he stopped coming in. Coaches started phoning his mum asking where he was and told her if he didn’t come in he would be dropped, but her son thought No way they would drop him he was too awesome 😎
So he carried on bragging he was a top player in youth team to pick up women and get free drinks and never trained. So they dropped him. Oh his Mum said to my dad “iv never seen him so upset in his life” the shef w coaches said to him look if your that upset learn from it and il have a word with my mate in Leeds. Her son refused to sign with another clubs youth academy hung up the phone and never played football again. He now works as a brick layer around Sheffield with his dad.

    True story

Dom ball attitude maybe because he came from Tottenham and expects to be treated like a super star I don’t know, but one thing I agree on is a bad attitude is a bad thing for a young lad

Palmer fell out with Clough and we've signed him.

Can't be as bad as Frimpong from Arsenal when he went to Barnsley, said "how will I pull women playing for Barnsley?". He thought he was fantastic as well but he was garbage, ended up going to some obscure team in Russia.

Yeah our little club ain’t got room for their egos

Maybe when we have a stadium three times as big as ours we can have room lol

He was suspended and out of the picture for one of our home games in 2013/14 .

I walked into bar pre match and there he was with a number of academy lads playing the big shot .

Looked like a gangsta rapper , big gold chain , baseball cap on and shorts , it was early march .

Knocking back bottles of beer and shots like there was no tomorrow and the young lads were joining in .

Not what you want to see rock bottom of the league as we were and hoping to pull ourselves out of it .

I more or less knew there and then we were going down and the discipline in the club was part of it .

Thankfully players like him were the reason we changed to our present policy .

These lads may not be all that but they do give everything and Hecky wouldn't tolerate the likes of Frimpong because he wouldn't have even signed the t osser .
