    Interesting article on Sean in the Telegraph on psychological profiling says he is impatient, what his standards are, he’s open and accessible but not one of the boys. Players are profiled by Simon Clarkson so it’s only fair he was too. Rules no headphones and he wants moral fibre and enjoys developing players, but it’s family first and more...

    IMO,you can't afford to be one of the boys when you are a manager..Have a laugh yes,but keep your distance and instil discipline and good manners ,which Sean seems to do whilst having a great relationship with the players..

    He does keep his distance, I can remember an interview he gave when Joey was here, he was asked what Joey was like in the dressing room down Gawthorpe, he said, "I don't know, I don't go in there, you'll have to ask the players".

    Sensible policy though I presume he goes in the changing room at the a Turf - or is that the problem?
