You've already had an explanation from BlockMod about why they got deleted. It wasn't to save our eyes from gazing upon the truth.

Anyway, I hate to see you flapping about, defending something you haven't got a feckin clue about, so why don't I help you.

Desso is a company (now owned by Tarkett Sports). 'Desso' is also a brand as in 'Desso Grassmaster', their hybrid grass/plastic pitch, which we have, as do most PL and Championship sides, and other major venues.

Our Desso is a 'Desso' installed by Desso. Now your 'Desso' could have been installed by Desso, or Premier Pitches (a good company), or one of a number of other contractors. In your case (you can start taking notes now) you had John Hewitts Sports Turf of Leicester do it for you. Hewitts has a decent enough reputation (they did Leicester City's pitches in the 2000's). They describe themselves as a 'tennis court construction company', but do a lot of other stuff too around playing surfaces for other sports too. But unlike Desso and Premier, they don't have a long list of successful Desso installations on their website, mainly because they don't have a website.

Anyway, its now three years since the pitches were installed at BDTBL and Hillsborough, so I think we can probably rule out installation problems anyway. Its probably got more to do with how they have been looked after tbf.

The fact is that our pitch is lush, and yours is threadbare. Desso's by their nature never look threadbare. There isn't another Desso anywhere that looks threadbare. Apart from micro-climates, over-training, and the mischievous magic pixies, why do you think your pitch looks like Berties wig?

    Take your time.

Presenting the Doc with the actual undoubted facts of the matter FKB is just being childish. Consider yourself chastised.

The other fact to add to the matter is that United had planned and booked the work over a year earlier and there were several visits from Desso including some proprietary work that was done by them in the summer of that year. We were informed that Desso completed the jobs in strict order because of the demand and the time involved laying the pitch because most football clubs needed work to start in May and be ready for August. I think there were about 4 other clubs on their list at the time, Wednesday wasn’t one of them.

Then as if by a miracle, they announce a new ‘Desso’ pitch out of the blue, work to be started within weeks. No planning, no waiting, they are so massive Desso obviously binned another club to fit them in... or of course the pitch is only Desso-esk, a bit like my Rolex watch that I bought for a tenner in Madeira.

They had to train on it through the harshest winter that part of Sheffield has ever known BD. They trained on it because it was even worse at Middlewood Road (McNulty was at the the old hospital there and if you've seen Shutter Island you know what I mean) where the pitches have been frozen solid since 1st August last year.

Spot on. Remember their pitch was completely underwater some years ago when Chansiris river overflowed. Left loads of sh1t on the pitch (which has grown into their current team) but in their desperation to follow United as usual they jumped in with no proper survey and are now paying the price.

Wait for the story from him about a close friend working for Chansiri Groundsmen Ltd told him about a female United fan came on site with a red and white vis vest and abused the contractors working there.

Fake twitter accounts. Can he go any lower?

The original excuse was playing on it during a snowfall ......

'It wasn't looking it's best yesterday because we had to play on it in Tuesday night's snowfall but it still ran perfectly true.'

    Don't forget his latest qualification,Meteorologist .

Some houses on Vere Road have been without gas and electricity since the start of this harsh winter, cut off from the outside world.

Show some compassion please, because our ground is in the sunnier south,it has all the advantages to make our genuine Desso look so much better than the threadbare fake Desso in Winterfell.
