    It's actually known as the Old White Hart, The White Hart is in Otley and wouldn't make sense for somebody from Rothwell to take pre match drinks there

    Pity the session was held before the Boro game, might have been more "interesting"

    For the avoidance of doubt, some measures the club should take in order to improve structurally, which are pre-requisites to any improvement on the pitch;

    Dismiss with immediate effect the current Director of Football

    Dismiss with immediate effect all coaching staff appointed via introductions by the ex-Director of Football or our ex-coach Thomas Christiansen

    Appoint Heckinbottom as Manager, with overall responsibility for the selection and appointment of all replacement coaching staff (be they specific disciplines such as Goalkeeping, or coaching the various development teams)

    Terminate with immediate effect the "arrangement" with Cultural whatever-they-are-called, bring any players that the manager deems suitable into the development squads at Thorp Arch, terminate the contracts of any who he does not

    Conduct an urgent review of the current 1st team squad, with the manager having complete responsibility for decisions on retention or disposal

    Investment fund established by the club owner in consultation with the manager, with the intention of acquiring a suitable number of players judged to have the capability of adding required skills and experience to those players retained, creating a competitive squad capable of challenging for automatic promotion in 2018/19

    Start now

    Structure,structure,structure at top - let's have a closer look then ......

    So who is Ivan Bravo & why we have him ?

    Prior to joining the Aspire Academy, Ivan was Director of Strategy at Real Madrid with a brief to develop one of the world’s most accomplished sporting institutions and in doing so .......... achieve two set targets in five years.

    1.To continue to lead the industry as the world’s 'highest revenue' grossing football club despite some competitive competition like PSG & City ......

    2.To restructure Real Madrid’s sports practices to return to sports success.This he did and did very well and got lifted by the Qatar chasing World Cup regimes Aspire directive initiative.

    One pressing matter the Rad had to address was Youth Development ..........

    Now the overloading of buying young 'uns due to previous regimes cost cutting at TA is a debatable subject.

    Right's or wrongs or even future revenue streams being eyeballed the Qatar Bravo Aspire deal was done to fill the Youth void (hopefully a temporary fix).

    Widely documented the clubs connected to Ivan Bravo's Qatar training academy are not really reaping the benefits of the deal,even 'tho it's still early days............ but for us the plug/fix was for time to be given for our next crop of home grown U14's & U16's produced, that should in time be ready and that'll be the real test if we're back on track.Presently the Aspire backed clubs taking young players are ..........
    Spain's - Cultural Leonesa,presently 19th of 22 teams
    Belgian Div 1 - KAS Kugen,presently 15th of 16 teams
    India Super League -Dehli Dynamos,presently 8th of 10 teams
    Austrian Bundesliga - LASK Linz,presently 5th of 10 teams
    Leeds United,presently 11th of 24 teams
    Ecuador Serie A - Independiente del Valle - 2nd of 12 teams presently.

    Stats to be shot down for sure - but what was our alternative ?

    We cannot compete with the big money blowers so revenues have to be sourced first to add to Rads backers in place now and like Wolves the Rad now has commercial roads into the Chinese market ............... he also led the Suning Holdings Chinese backers to purchase Inter Milan for £220m so does have 'cash contacts' that make Amanda Staveley look like Trotters Independent Trading ......... albeit that she did organise that dodgy £7.3 billion Qatar bail out of Barclays that's under investigation -

    Mmm,Qatar royal family Abu Dhaibi do crop up a lot even with us.

    Disappointing last night but Boro are on a different playing field money and time line to us,certainly club rebuild wise from top to bottom.

    I take your points about Bravo, restructuring and long-term, and the money pit not being deep like others but that doesn't change the fact that the money spent last summer and during the season has not been money well spent now that it's clear where this season is heading.

    Would you agree that at least? I know you wanted to give things a while during the season and i could understand that to some extent, but now we're in March, the reckoning is pretty clear isn't it? That much money should have bought greater quality, and TC ended up paying the price for trying to achieve the top 6 as AR stated was the target, without having the resources to do that.

    Manana, manana, manana.

    There will be very little commercial interest from any backer (or potential new owner), if we are in League 1 next season. Such a prospect at the start of the season would have been laughed at, but that's no longer the case. Whatever has been spent, wherever and in whoever, has been largely squandered or even worse "invested" in players foisted on inexperienced and frankly incompetent coach and coaching staff who apparently not (and in most cases never will be) Championship grade players. The result is as plain as the nose on our DoFs face.

    We have a squad that is bloated, acknowledged as such by Radrizzani, with a wage bill that has grown by £7m in the last year. Sound management? A well run club?

    A laughing stock more like, fielding a team that doesn't seem to know each other and with only a passing knowledge of the game, floundering both at home and away, and treating fans disgracefully, with the premium price being charged to watch dogsh1t performances.

    Indefensible Mrs O, simply indefensible.

    Just a couple of other points Jez, relating Mrs Os post;

    Just how is a relationship with a club playing (currently) in some misbegotten Spanish league who are heading for relegation to some even less attractive ar5ehole of Spanish football benefiting Leeds United, in any way, shape or form?

    And on current performance, given that Mrs Os post suggests all is well and there is neither cause for, nor likelihood of a material change of direction, strategy etc, just which "Fritters trading"-type organisation would want to touch Leeds with a mile-long barge pole??
