Ive not known it to be this cold for a long long time now, this particular baltic blast really is a beast from the east.
I think it probably suits everybody it being called off and I think we were lucky that the Hull game was allowed to go on on Tuesday, I could see that being postponed at the last minute.

We did beat Morecambe this season Ponty, in the Lg cup on a Tuesday night. But it was only 4-3 in the very last minute, so you might be right actually.

In all fairness its not often we have a game called off at Oakwell and we have had the worst weather we have seen in at least the last 20 years.

I had to take the day off work yesterday as we were all advised to not cross the pennines.

If the fixture was reversed I wouldn't fancy trekking down to Norwich in this so it's a good decision taking into consideration their fans too.

this is not the worst weather in 20 years it was worst than this 5 year ago.
and im not impressed by the lack of even trying to get the game on apart from in front of the boxoffice and players entrance there has been no attempt to clear the snow or even grit the carpark and inside the same.
if it was on sky they would have thrown the sink at it.
