I mediate with many clubs in UK & Europe regarding fan related matters - many which are resolved satisfactorily.

For balanced dialogue both parties to issues must be receptive - mutual awareness to supporters feelings has to be presented from all points of view (including yours) and likewise from those who do not share your veiw.

Fans do have a voice and some clubs listen - our owner does listen and works hard to find solutions to fan concerns which cover a broad spectrum.

I of course do have very strong views on matters regarding the club I support but my role does not allow me to publicly voice them BUT I can voice views of other Leeds supporters over varied issues that I can assure you are seen.

Very rare I comment on players but now and again I do with the hindsight of known facts may I add.

Also I am a member of other Forums too and many people express views to me direct via pm's - many from other clubs over related matters which again I would like to share but cannot.

I totally understand why you can't voice any opinions.

What i don't understand is that you choose to voice pretty strong opinions in defence but never the other way - surely if you can't voice opinions it has to work both ways?

Leeds United has fans from each supporters group - including our Regional members clubs, Official Supporters Club, Leeds United Supporters Trust and Leeds United Disabled Organisation as well as supporters representing the interest of 16-21 year olds, senior citizens, corporate members, family stand season ticket holders, ethnic minorities and the LGBT community who take part in our Supporters Advisory Board.

I liaise with the club and as such am not permitted to divulge all information associated with my role.

Yes I do have a well trodden inroad so to speak but I'm not an employee of the club but give advice when advice is asked for - occasionally 'feedback requests'.

    Okay.

But that's not the point - the question was if you don't have opinions on here, surely that has to apply both ways - you can't defend the club strenuously - that's illogical and inconsistent, but also compromises your supposed neutrality. If you're not prepared to criticise the club, neither should you criticise anyone who IS prepared to do that.

Which is what you've done. A lot.
