Begging him not to take the England job.He was never offered it.

I really fail to see why you lot fuel the WUM’s ego. He talks some shyte for someone who’s never seen the Toon play live.
I think he closes his eyes and confers with his alter ego, PB.![]()
No disrespect as have a lot of respect for Newcastle fans - but you speak a load of complete shyte. Do you ever go to matches?
I have been to almost every game home and away and after seeing what Pardew has done, I would rather see Frank Skinner manage our team as he would do a better job.
Will be in the Terrace on the 28th with blue and white striped shirt on - come and tell me then Pardew is marvelous and will give you a pint of lager - right over your head to cool you down!
It's not a problem for me to say that I had a very good time as a NUFC supporter the season we finished fifth. Why wouldn't I? Things were going well, the players and the manager were doing a good job. No one can take that away from them.
It's the following seasons that proved just how talentless Pardew is as a manager, and it's natural to then think that finishing fifth was somewhat of a fluke, especially looking at his record since leaving. Not only was he not up to the task of keeping the team somewhat up to speed in the Premier League; he had us in a relegation battle almost straightaway! Since then he had a couple of decent Novembers and that's about it.
Giving Pardew a contract of eight years was just...wow. Unbelievable. It's still a mystery that we were actually able to get a compensation fee for him.
I don´t remember us playing particularly well, often, in the 5th place season. Football is all about results, it´s true, but we seemed to be out played in many games and still win by the odd goal. Pardew had the defence (abley marshalled by Collo) very well drilled and we were hard to break down. He doesn´t seem to have achieved anywhere near this level since and so I suspect (hope I´m not being too harsh on him) that the stars aligned for him that season.
It helped that Demba was on fire and couldn´t miss and it also helped that a couple of the "good" teams in the league were a bit "off" that season. I can´t remember us thrashing anybody either and, as I say, it was a strong defensive team that gave up posession and played counter attack a lot.
You're entitled to that opinion. I gave you mine.
Yes.
Yep, you don't like Pardew as a manager. Fair enough. You go to matches but you don't frequent the dressing room or the board room so you can only make your choice based on what you see and hear-say.
You don't like what you see, as I assume you didn't under Pulis. Fair enough.
I personally think there's a lot more to it than just Pulis and Pardew failing.
I think you need to cool down.![]()
