I've been twice. With work to be fair but it was bizzare.

Maybe you think the atmosphere is great at Pittodrie. Maybe folk like you are the problem with it though?

Anyway, it's been voted as having the worst atmosphere on several surveys over the years.

Atmosphere at Pittodrie, much like the Emirates is pretty ****e in general......been a fair few times to both stadiums over the years, I genuinely liked Highbury, however there was need for Arsenal to increase capacity and therefore revenue accordingly, with this I do not think wiggy and his chums moving us to Westhill can compare on many levels......the supporters club I drink in on Gillespie Road is equidistant from old/new stadium ......800 yards or so........still enjoy going to see AberdeenArsenal and assisting with AC regardless.

Thank you so much, I will now be able to enjoy my tapas outside with Mrs Jarvis in the back garden(obligatory Rioja blanco of course) safe in the knowledge that the footymad oracle has accepted my apology.

Jarvis, that retort is poor, even for you! Maisonette is right. Just the proper application in big games would have fans onside. To be fair most teams run of the mill home games lack atmosphere. Being involved in the amateur game, how do you ask your side to play when up against a superior rival or indeed a bang average rival but one with a name. Do you compete, get in their face, be first to everything or do you stand off and admire the opponent? Just front the opposition up and most will be accepting. We're not going to win the league but I'd rather fail giving it the best shot possible. Enjoy your vino in the grounds of your casa! I hope you're not as condescending to the other half as shown to fellow fans on here. All the best chum.
