    O/T:- County Hall Half Finished

    I'm sure many of you already knew all about this but I've just seen the original drawings for County Hall for the first time... such a shame it never got finished!

    Those towers would have been pretty huge for the 1930s. You'd probably have been able to see them from Meadow Lane.

    Yes huge, designed to dominate the Trentside view. Only one campanile tower though, just different elevations in that set of drawings. Amazing eh?
