Amazing how its soon forgotten the wins against Man U ....Chelsea....Arsenal....Spurs....Liverpool. The only team we never got anything from was Man City. I remember how buzzing this board was that finally we weren't afraid of the "top six" Then that second season where we beat everyone below us and around us. Only the last season with Pulis went sour for whatever reasons, I sometimes think we will never know why. Meanwhile Stoke were thinking they would kick on with Hughes......They didn't, they got relegated too. All the hype all the hate toward Pulis, yet there he is again top of the championship after just failing in the play offs last year. Love him or hate him he's a good manager worthy of respect. I never liked his style of football but he will always have my respect for the above reasons.

Here here! He never refused either to go on a pre-season tour, nicked a taxi cab, refused to climb hills, or spat on his contract. I am glad we have Big Dave but good luck to Pulis as Boro are playing good football and will be one of the title contenders for sure.

Here lies the answer - " you hate the bloke" even leaving West Brom nearly a year ago!! You mention two games against Vile but Boro could have gone up last year! If we look at two games - Bolton and Forest then what would some make of West Brom? Two games is pathetic to come to any conclusion.

Forget last year its history! Nobody could not say Boro are not doing well this season with good football as evident by their league position and unlike us - they have played some decent teams!

I hope Pulis parks the bus on Friday but doubt very much this will happen. Boro will be up their as promotion contenders - love him or hate him!

Put some of your hatred to the Board - the Directors who then appointed Pardew - the players who have disgraced West Brom or the players who decide not to go on pre-season tours. Now that will be positive energy as it's present not past tense of an individual who left last year!

As far as hating the board I gave up on that when they sold Earnshaw and Horsfield in January leaving us one striker.

Did he not leave a year ago and not me who keeps bringing him up!! Don't understand the hatred though as Pardew did more damage. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and we are where we are, for a reason!

For the record, I was glad Pulis went, and it was time he went, but for me Pardew was worse, and for that I blame the Board on every account.

It will be a tough game Friday and our first real test!

I would say there is not a single Albion or Stoke supporter that would want him back. Or very few. That's tens of thousands of people. Which says it all.
