    ot riding for cnacer care in september

    im signed up to do 300 miles in september for cancer care and i have also chosen 2 other charities

    any cycle riders doing it


    need tpo loose weight and fancy a month of doing something for charity which doesnt mean shaving me haed or going sober for more than 3 days

    300 miles, that's decent. I cycle to and from work every day, it's a joy.

    no where particular you just have to do 300 miles in the month

    i do about 80-90 miles a week just doing 3-4 rides after work on a saturday/sunday

    i will im doing it for three charities

    the cancer trust charity who organise it

    the other is a charity for homeless servicemen

    and the third will be decided by the family of a friend we lost to cancer this year big stu .a great lad who was west ham and england mad and played in goal for peterborough mags for years (we made him an honory toon fan )

    i will grt mr daughter to sort it as im not that minded

    There is one round my way as well, so just wondering if its same one or they are all individual local ones.
