    Brace Yourselves!

New team members trying to find each other and play in a new formation may bring short term blips. Let’s not jump on the doom and gloom bandwagon should the team stumble in the short term.

Short term pain, long term gain!

Only problem with that is we don't have a lot of room for blips. Teams behind closing in and Ross County six clear. Any team going on an undefeated run, by that I mean majority of them wins, would put themselves in the driving seat. At the moment there is no form team everyone is win one lose one so if you can keep winning things would look q lot better.

We have made, on paper, some excellent signings but it will take time for them to gel. I'm much more optimistic now than I was a few days ago but don't expect it to come together instantly. I'm still quite concerned about the next few league matches.

It's also worth noting that Guy Demel, Sinama-Pongolle, Billy McKay, Ryan McGowan and Kawashima were excellent signings......on paper....

Not to mention some of them aren't fit and probably won't be pitched in straight away and when they are, they won't be up to pace. Sow has been injured and is just coming back. Reynolds hasn't played since May.

Yea won't mean a miraculous turnaround as need to gel, will still be an unexpected bonus if we get promoted this season

However most of the signings are permanent and then would have the summer to add to this to hit the ground running and dominate the division next season from early

Either way feeling very optimistic about the future
