    Mourinho's fine for tax evasion.

He gets away with paying 1 3/4 million but avoids a prison sentence for tax evasion.

I wonder with his attitude how he would have fared doing a stretch.

Ronaldo has done the same, Messi also. Loads of them, only Xabi Alonso is challenging it in court. Rest are paying and moving on.

Apparently in Spain if you get less than 2 years and it's a non-violent offence then you can opt too pay a fine and avoid jail.

Hmph...would have avoided my spell in chokey....

They'll all be sobbing to their agents to get them better deals to cover their "indiscretions"

Well funny that within weeks of this starting to come out Ronaldo suddenly wasn't enamoured in playing for Madrid anymore. . .

Then a massive move - $$$$ - then he opts to pay the fine.

But hey, i'm probably very cynical.
