Appointing someone on Friday (if true) is a bit pish considering McInnes and Clarke have big games this weekend. There is maybe some sort of agreement already.

It may well be Sheerin /Robson for one or two games if McInnes leaves suddenly but they won't replace him long term. Sheerin isn't capable and Robson needs experience.

Fair enough, we all have our opinions.
I think that when McInnes / Docherty came in, they identified a succession plan.
I think that's what convinced Sheerin to leave Arbroath and not take the ICT job

Surely to Christ we can’t pay him yet more.
The new contracts given were on the back of interest from Sunderland & SEVCO.
There is no longer options for him.
Then again, unlikely you offer a new extended contract on reduced salary.
