They hate straight white men as most "liberals" and liberal organisations do.

The difference is, they expect the people they hate to pay them to produce TV shows that propagandise against them!

The last series of Dr Who was an anti-white male propaganda piece from beginning to end, Eastenders is the same.

White men on the BBC are either incompetent bundlers or evil racists.

I'm amazed any white men pay the licence fee, called cutting your nose off to spite your face.

Fire dooesn't dream it up. There are many web sites (usually ones that have lots of knights, war planes and quasi-romantic olde English imagery on them) that propagate the exact theories that he's spouting on here, unfortunately. My mate is one of their 'converts' and shares Fire's thoughts and opinions to a tee and Fire (IBS and Grist to a slightly lesser, lazier extent) use the same terminology "snowflakes", "sheeple", "libtards" "leftists" "wake up" and revolve around the idea of ethnic and religious minorities (most notably Muslims) and LGBTs conspiring in "Marxist conspiracy" to overthrow the white males.

You'll find one or two of them on every footy message board. A new far right radicalisation for the modern age. Silly buggers :-)

The BBC simply, by the definition of us all paying licence fees, are bound to provide stories and news that relate to the different sections of the UK that pay into their existence. Its so not a conspiracy, its an obligation. LGBTs and other subgroups all have to pay the license fee (if they want to watch TV) and in return, the BBC has to make every effort to represent these communities and groups within their content. That's all it is.

My experience of LGBT+_ community (and having worked in TV and entertainment I know/have known quite a few) is that they tend (generally speaking) to be quite apolitical. None that I know are actively involved with politics and find it boring. None that I am in touch with will be able to tell you what Marx's theories were. And whilst most still carry the scars of having to grow up in a body that is different from what their families and societies expected, and in many cases, wanted (LGBT and especially trans people are hugely susceptible to mental illness and suicide), the vast majority I have known are quite happy and unquestioning within the current capitalist structure.

Have the people who spout this kind of rubbish on here ever thought that all these people want is fair treatment within the system we have got?; Also agree on the far right indoctrination on some posters on here with the stuff they look at on the web. Correct. I listen and view with my own ears and eyes to what is actually going on in the community/world and not get forced feed what to believe by a corporation that only wants you to believe what they show. When a corporation doesn’t even know where places are an there geography is poor is it even worth listening to the rest of the words they feed you.

When have I advanced a “far left” argument? Please let me know.

I think all of us are a product of what news sources we gravitate to and that they inevitably influence the way people think and form opinions. To deny that is naïve. But the important thing is to be aware of this happening and making every effort to scrutinise even your preferred news agencies. I think I do that as well as is possible but am only human. I get most news from The Guardian as I like that they have a range of perspectives but they are overwhelmingly, and sometimes insufferably biased towards centre left and pro remain.

BBC – I would agree with the Media Bias Fact Check that they are centre left with general new stories (alluding to what gets up Fire’s rosy nose) but with a centre right bias in general news/economics/party political content and coverage. Not much in either though and have no grumbles about their output.

But as I have a friend who is relentlessly ‘converted’ to the far right cause, and as such uses the same speech and language patterns as Fire, IBS and Gristy when they argue their cause I have long taken interest in looking at their ‘research sites’ that back up such views. Let’s just say that such minds think very alike!
