If you take the time to listen to the Talk Sport interview he never even mentions any connection with Lampard leaving and FFP T hats just another thing that's in your fairyland brain I can understand your loathing of MM because he personally got you banned from the Dcfc forum But saying lies about someone could leave you in dodgy ground

If its not FFP what is the excuse for Lampard and Chelsea taking all this time? You want it to be FFP because of that alone

Rowett signed a new contract and only left because Mel sold him a dummy

But both were slaughtered at the time

Lampard hasn't even been back to the club at all since the 27th May

Surely some mistake here, you meant to type Swale not inoffensive middle of the road Anag?

I am puzzled as to why a manager exploring an opportunity which offered is hard to refuse and then spending time negotiating the deal, to make sure its right for him (and of course Chelski doing the same) prompts the venting of such offensive and inaccurate bile but I guess thats reflective of the simple view of life that some of the more "traditional" Derby fans have of the world!

It also ignores the fact that Derby have allowed Lampard to remain away to undertake negotiations - seems to me that its all been conducted above board and openly and naturally these deals do take time whilst the lawyers agents and so on negotiate and check out the details, but presumably our Forum bulldog does not understand these things.

I guess you missed the bit where Derby have allowed him to stay away to conduct negotiations then? Seems to me Lampard has behaved entirely properly and naturally these things take time to sort the details out.

Anyway back on topic...when the hell did Steve Mc say he ‘wanted to stay’, DCFCA?
That was the whole point...he wouldn’t commit, even though we were at a ***** stage of the season he just kept dragging things out. Eventually that was how he made himself unemployable before going to Newcastle and promptly announcing that it was the place he’d always wanted to be.
