Had a patient admitted to our ICU some time back...His friends brought him in which was good of them...nowadays...
Anyway...A doctor asked them if they knew what he had taken...They said a cocktail of drugs...coke cannabis etcetra....and also some of the blue tablets (which turned out to be Viagra) His urine sample confirmed the drugs that his friends said he had taken....but Viagra doesn't show on our analyses....
They had all taken the drugs around the same time (approx 7 hours earlier)...and he still had a major erection when he was intubated on the ward as a precaution...
So...I think the drug works considering the amount of stuff this fella had taken...Our ward looked like it had 9 patients in beds and one in a tent in the corner of the unit....
He survived and changed his ways...and became quite an upstanding member of the anti drugs lobby in his local area...

Joking apart this is not something I’ve ever had a problem with.

I can get like a “babbies arm with a rattle in its ‘ond” at the drop of a hat even at nearly 58.
