That would be my team and rough formation for approximately 60 minutes to see how we do. We need an attacking line up against the Croatian mob on Thursday so this would be an ideal chance to see how we do. Logan can consider himself very lucky he gets the nod for right back after Thursday but he has good ability on the front foot.

Yes we need to go for all out attack and this should be a good platform to test this with.

I’d play Main & Wilson as a front two
Just go old fashioned 4-4-2 today.
Unlikely DM will though

Maybe not a bad thing. I like Cosgoals but we can't go chasing a 0-2 with him alone on our front line come Thursday. Agree we need to go 442 today, Wilson as a striker should compliment the type of players we have in Gallagher and Hedges though no guarantee they will start.

I agree but DM doesn’t “do” 4-4-2.
The closest he has was in December when May played off Cosgrove, more a 4-4-1-1.
I’d be very surprised if he starts 4-4-2.
As I said I think Wilson will start but more playing off the right like he did post split last season.
I’m sure Curtis Main’s best period for Motherwell was in a front 2 with Bowman.
His goals dried up last season when Motherwell changed to 4-3-3 & just him as a lone striker.
