To what ballumbie_arab, there was no silence, I was posting after the game, Neilson is the right man for the job for me, my opinion hasn't changed on that

What he needs to do is sort out the current away form and the last two performances are a disgrace at the same time maintain the 100% home record
So, how many more times can he make the same mistakes, before you realise he’s perhaps not the right man?
We cannot keep losing these type of games, and the manner in which we’re doing so, is more worrying to be honest.

Right man or not, we can't change a manager when we're top of the league, it would send out a bad message and would surely impact on any potential future managers... extending his contract was mental though and stating he would be here next season even if we're didn't go up is rewarding failure.

Ashgar is the bigger worry for me, he has allowed us to weaken our squad, played a part in bringing in a few shockers and rewarded a manager who has done nothing yet with a long term contract.

No way our squad is weaker since Asghar came in.

Definitely not, also Bouhenna leaving wasn't something we wanted, he wanted to go, that's not helped when injuries have cropped up

One thing though, I've seen papering over cracks mentioned, and while I'm frustrated and peed off with the away results just now including the last two embarrassments as we should be clear in first, the fact is we are still first after the opening quarter, if we are first by a goal difference of two after 36 games I don't care if there are cracks the size of the grand canyon along the way to paper over

Our first pick team may be better than last season when they turn up, but recent times have shown that there are few players that can come in and do a good enough job. We certainly dont have cover for the left side of defence, and we dont have a replacement for Butcher or Shankland.

I really hope that this does not come back to haunt us and it certainly has to be addressed in January.
