I don't expend too much time thinking about what Ashley is. I'm only concerned about how he runs the football club.
I don't start crying and stuff over everything he does in his personal life or outside of the club like some people seem to spend far too much time doing.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I'd rather have Ashley run the club than most other owners, because the man is real and doesn't bow down to hatred and bile and wants and expectations.
He learned the hard way never to make friends with people and try to appease them. He's seen what that does and he's learned a valuable lesson.

Sorry for missing the point of the thread 74 but once again the question that Terry Mac asked was body swerved. Wilf: for your info i'm dead against the free tickets, even though my brother who has just gone back to Newcastle picked up a free ticket through my cousin who has been a season ticket holder for the last 40 years. Believe me, as close as me and my brother are I give him stick over his free ticket every day.
