Thanks, I guess. Cant belive you lads are still on here.
Anyway, I think this is made up. Certain parts of the press is bored these days.

Don't be fooled or frustrated by the click bait journos, know the facts: This is what people are tested on
Disqualifying events
The Premier League has tighter restrictions than the Football League or National League. In general, a businessman will fail the test if:
They have power or influence over another Football League club[7]
They hold a significant interest in another Football League club[7]
They become prohibited by law from being a director[7]
They are filing for bankruptcy[7]
They have been director of a club while it has suffered two or more unconnected events of insolvency[7]
They have been a director of two or more clubs of which, while they have been director, has suffered an event of insolvency[7]

Our potential Owners are clear on all counts.
Shef United's owners are Saudi.
All Billionaire owners have blood on their hands directly or indirectly.
Get over it, don't worry.
Ashley is gone - just a matter of a few days.
Is it just because of Ashley you think it'll fall through?
I know i'm worried but i'm certainly not as convinced as you are
How do you think it'll not happen? What do you reckon Ashley will do?
I suspect fatso is pretty keen to sell.
The economy is going to take a massive nosedive when this sitiuatio straightens out-a MASSIVE one and retail is going to be hit hard-it is already. So...fatso will want his money for one of two reasons: either he needs the cash to prop up his retail empire and/or, being the gambler he is, he'll be looking to hoover up businesses that go to the wall because of this situation, looking to make a killing while they're cheap and hope to ride it out until things pick up again. He'll end up peddling cheap, tatty shite under the name of a once-respected brand. Sound familiar?
Plus, with the uncertainty over whether the League season will be completed and the attendant worries about having to pay back the tv money, he may decide to cash his chips in before another big bill arrives?
I think he's locked in to the process although, to be fair, i'm not sure where this 'exclusivity period' comes in? Surely having accepted the deposit and entered the 'fit and propper' test, neither side can back out without heavy penalties?
If it collapses, this one will be down to the PL and the very fact that stuff is coming out about the test being changed after this one shows to me that it's going to go through.
How can Ashley block it ? Its all signed off. Its with the PL. They are the only ones that can block it. That and if the owners doing pay the money when they pass the test. Its years of Ashley that have got everyone wary.
Amazing really as our fans are positive on a match day under Ashley with nothing to be positive about, then good times are around the corner and everyone on a downer. Unbelievable.
To be fair to everyone who's worried-and that includes most of us to varying degrees-I think the enormity of what could happen-either way-is, naturally, making us nervous.
This is the biggest thing that has ever happened to our club. To me, it feels like I've got the winning ticket for the Euromillions but I can't find it and I know that the time is running out to claim on it. I'm sure if I calm down and think rationally I'll be able to find it but I'm beginning to panic a wee bit...sometimes.
