At least he was honest enough not to hang around and take his pay for the sales of it.
I hope he finds what he's looking for before he gets too old.

Good intent I am sure but obviously something wrong with him. Hopefully we can sign a loan player or two, striker and commanding central midfielder. From a Championship side, perhaps local so they are already settled in the area!

This was the signing I wasn’t sure about, it just didn’t sit right somehow and reading about his past didn’t instil much hope.

I can picture him now strolling around the training pitch sulking after yet another beasting by Doyle!

Excellent pun from OP - Sloth departs rather quickly

68 appearances in 6 years. Has played for Denmark 8 times in 8 years. Did anyone from Notts County actually see him play live or meet him before he signed?

This signing reminded me of an Evening Post Sports headline along the lines of "NOTTS SIGN WORLD CUP STAR". The player in question was Emenalo. He was pants and departed after 7 uninspiring games for the Magpies.

I was convinced he was a fake, but then somehow he managed to re-appeared as Director of football at Chelsea!

A bit of "catch me if you can" about Sloth?

His contract at Motherwell was terminated by mutual consent as well so it looks like he can't settle anywhere. Good luck finding a club Casper that'll not have Motherwell and now Notts on their minds.

Bit of a shame because what I saw breifly was quite good from him.

He’s got height so could be used as a target man. Plus if he can control and bring the ball down out the air and make a pass and bring others into play they are two valuable attributes. Likewise if he can get up and head the ball could be useful on corners, set pieces and crosses into the box.
He may have the height, but he cant head a ball..

    This.

He could have just took the wages and sat around.

Good news. Ardley has signed a lot of good players for us, I trust him over Football Radar and hopefully now we'll sign a combative midfielder who can get up and down to play alongside Reeves.

Sloth never looked like a good signing, whereas with Sam - there's still got to be a good chance (if Ardley starts managing to the team's attacking strengths)
What? Swertz, Jenner, Sprockle to name 3

    I agree ..... a few goals wouldn't go amiss.

Sloth signing always felt wrong somehow.
