    Tennis Turn Off.

    French Open Final.

Djokovic bouncing the ball a minimum of ten times before serving.

Nadal bouncing the ball around 15 times before serving plus banging his shoes with his racket four times before each serve!

Nadal picking at his shirt between every point, constant requests for the towel, players deciding which two balls they want to serve the point with when in reality they should have to use the pair they are tossed.

    It’s mind numbing nonsense.

Each player should be automatically timed and receive 10 seconds from the point they receive the balls to make a serve.

Towels should be banned and only use of sweatbands allowed.

Sport needs speeding up.......same with golf as well.

20 seconds max in which to line up any shot and take it.

I've felt this way for years about tennis. There should be a time limit imposed on serves.
Grunting should be banned as well as it must be off-putting for an opponent.

Golf however imo is different. Some of the great shots in majors have happened after the player has taken an eternity to weigh things up.

I give you Tiger Woods Masters 2005 16th hole

I can’t stand tennis, only marginally more entertaining than basketball.

Slow play is something that even the golf authorities don’t like.

I think 45 seconds is enough to line up any shot in golf, you have minutes walking up to the ball to contemplate.

I’d say take as long as you like but as soon as you take more than 45 seconds you give up a shot.

Tennis, a bit like darts and dominoes, is a pub sport in my mind designed to be played in a smoke filled atmosphere with free flowing alcohol. About as entertaining as that other nondescript game.... golf 💤💤💤

No personality in the sport anymore just robots, good old days of Connors, Borg, McEnroe, Nastasie made it interesting, possibly the worst sport to watch now rather see paint dry..

Au contraire Dave - I loved the days of Connors, McEnroe, Borg et al but Federer's play is something else, Murray at his best is also great to watch. Cannot stand Djokovic, he's a robot like Sampras - there are parallels with golf as it's the characters in the game that makes us watch.

Golf isn't a sport to be played at speed, I agree there's a line to be drawn and the officials do put players on the clock.
