My next game is Rotherham v Sheffield Wednesday in midweek. I have to say that the #RUFC I saw last Saturday (v Norwich) would comfortably beat the #SWFC I saw today.

He obviously doesn't watch Rotherham very often otherwise he would know that we don't and won't beat any team "comfortably" in the championship.

We look like we are going for the most penalties conceded in a season

That result 3-0 could well have gone our way.We are beginning to look like a Championship side but we need to get a confident lad up front to put the ball in the bag.I was a bit disappointed with the loanee from Derby, let's get Miller back next match,we must have pace up front.

We played well today for the first half and for a short periods in the second half but we just don't look threatening in the last third. Sadlier started three games back at the beginning of the season when we were were not playing well atall as a side and so he didn't get the opportunity to get on the ball and show us what he can do. I watched him play a few times last year and having him playing wide on the left with the remit to drift inside into the pockets with his composure and technique and his ability to create and score goals is what we need in that last third. We need to start creating more and scoring goals, he needs to be given a run of games to establish himself in the side.

Its the same old story, one man up front on his own, nobody to pass or knock down the ball to, we need 2 up front, all we are getting with 1 upfront is the opposition get the ball, & attack us, so under pressure.

Yes that was very evident today. We then changed it up in the last 20 minutes but how can we play to a system of 4-3-3 with three CF's on the pitch, where's the service into the box going to come from?

We need a proper ball player with technical ability and composure in that last third getting into the pockets of space and creating and getting shots off. We brought one in but he's sat on the bench!
