It's amazing that with all the complicated voter fraud across all the states that Trump has lost (not where he has won obvs) that these people have decided not to take the house of representatives and therefore make life really difficult for Biden for the next 4 years.

    It's a mystery.

I think we're seeing the end of western democracy in its' traditional form. The shenanigans of the Tories over brexit towards the end of last year coupled with the fact the decision the majority voted for still hasn't been resolved four years later is a good example of that here. Whichever side you're on. remain or leave, republican or democrat, right or left, we're all being pushed towards extremes, dictatorship and totalitarianism.
I'm probably being completely over the top, I hope so.

Quite. These are troubled times and without being too melodramatic we might even be watching the decline of the West as we know it.

If what's happening in Portland spreads, the US is in big big trouble.

"A mob of antifa have descended on the home of Portland city council member Dan Ryan for voting against @JoAnnPDX’s amendment to defund police." They've also attacked a church that runs a shelter for the homeless.

    "Without any evidence"
Where would you be expected to present the evidence (if it exists)? Are the media supposed to be allowed to be judge and jury?
I suppose they are and always have been judge and jury, in that they print and show what they deem newsworthy. It's why you don't even have to lie to have a political bias. Bias by omission is one of the most effective methods, it's why you will probably never read anything about Antifa violence in the Guardian/NY Times and why you'll probably never hear about Trump's law and norm breaking on Fox News.

Regarding this particular speech, do they have an ethical obligation to show Trump bo matter what he's saying? Was he willing to take questions? Was he willing to do a rigorous interview about his claims of fraud? Probably not, on all counts.

Putin will be absolutely delighted by all this. His Russian bot farms have done excellent work in sowing seeds of division in both the US and the UK.

The amount of QAnon disinformation still doing the rounds on social media is frightening (not just for the presidential election) and continues to be shared thousands of times as FACT.

Not just Russia who have an interest in the US turning against and destroying itself.

Not really a surprise to anyone who has been following what has been happening there.

There is no evidence of election fraud, because there is no election fraud.

If it was that easy to fix the vote, you can bet your life savings that Trump would have done it in a heartbeat.
