How hard is it to understand?
but if you don't have the money to pay for it, then you cant go crying to the government or fans for money to bail you out . Leeanne dempster curtailed the hibs academy for 12 months due to costs surely anyone with any savvy would have been looking to do this as well.

I listened to it last night. English, Broadfoot and Adam all made decent points tbf to TA's interview. I think they took it abit to literally with some of the stuff he said though. I think the panel were right to question TA/MO tbh. I do think they failed to take into account certain things. i.e the january were we basically turned over a whole new squad etc.

the boy who came on to give "the united view" was embarrassing. Yeah difficult getting put in the position but some of the comments he made didn't make us sound good. "wee team up the road" cmon show more respect when on these platforms. having a dig at sevco aswell. never going to win imo. it loses any credibility in serious debates once you start talking in that manner. blaming everyone else rather than concentrating on ourselves. He came across really badly

the frustrating thing with Adam's comment about having loads of coaches/youth coaches. to achieve elite status (where you get more money) you need to invest in areas which some teams might not be able to do to get the elite status. you have to have a certain criteria before you can achieve this status so if you don't have this in place before (which we didnt) we were needing to spend on these areas to be able to achieve this. Another genius SFA scheme

As I said earlier Arabs need to smell the coffee
PR Professionals like Kirk Broadfoot? The Kirk Broadfoot?

Did TA and DUSF get an invitation to appear on the show?

I've now managed to listen to it, and Mike Barile came across as a complete and utter T W A T. The village idiot.
A complete and utter embarrassment. If that is you, deary me. Absolutely shocking. Pathetic tbh.

As has been said before,Tom English doesn't like us for some reason and I think it's very unwise for a Dundee FC player to be making comments on national radio about how Dundee United is run.

You were offered the bait and you took it because you're a publicity seeking egotist.

I would say this is an excellent summary of what was a very 'difficult' listen

Out of interest do you think Tom English and Charlie Adam were wrong in what they said?
