The 3-3 draw after extra time in the league cup was a cracker. Hoosey had a penalty to win it in front of the Trent end and blastered it over the bar. 6,000 Notts fans were there.
We led with seconds to go and Morgan hit a screamer. The game had everything. I remember Westcarr scoring and running the length
of the pitch to celebrate in front of the Forest fans.

Gives me goosebumps every time, you can see me celebrating behind the goal Kop end when Christie scores, on me own and surrounded by florist fans, happy days.

    Great memories.

Love the VAR with the arrows pointing at those who were offside.
    Hated the fencing.
McCulloch would have had a few red cards if he played now
    If only Chidozie could finish

I too was in the Spion Kop. Can’t believe it is nearly 40 years ago. Great game and watching those highlights there were a few tasty tackles which would have meant both sides finishing with 8 or 9 players if played today.
