Not all Germans are Jurgen Klopp esque , the boy Stendel or forever his name was at Hearts is more likely the standard of manager we will attract and he got Hearts relegated.

And not all Scottish managers are Fergie-esque, like the boy McInnes or fitever his name is.

Could we not utilise the relationship that clearly exists with Norwich (McLean and Maddison) and speak with their management team to try and identify a suitable candidate from Germany - Farke came from Dortmund II - or elsewhere abroad that could help foster a further relationship with them for player loans? Get away from the cliche of it having to be someone who 'knows the league' and its 'philosophy'. The last 5 years have been torture and a missed opportunity to do something different and challenge the norm...
