Personally I have no interest whether the new manager has NL experience. I just want them to have the ability to motivate and manage the weight of pressure and expectation these players seem to be playing under.
That was the difference when Cotterell got the job.

If that was the case, they could have announced it yesterday. If it’s a foreign (Danish?} coach, they’d have needed to be self-isolating for the past week if they were to be installed today, which would suggest a done deal some time ago. Given that the brothers are presumably doing this now because they still think we have a hope of promotion this season, the new boss will really have to hit the ground running a la Steve Cotterill.

One thing for sure is this will be the first time we will really see what the Bros are about, their intentions for the future and the depth of their pockets. Could be really high profile or a total left field decision. Very intriguing.
