    Arsenal tonight

    What do we want?

They've just gone a goal down and my first reaction was 'ah, bugger' because if they get howked, they'll not be saving players for the next leg or might want to show a reaction against us.

Same with them winning by a decent margin-they need to be under pressure so that they put all their Champions League eggs in the one basket, i.e. the second leg.

If they need a result next week then I think that'll give us the edge we need on Sunday, especially if we start with Wilson instead of Joe Shinton.

    Thoughts?

    Aye.

2-0 now, if they can get an away goal and it finishes 2-1. Then they'll have an eye on that.

Both sides have had a man sent off...although I'm watching the Man U game which is absolutely cracking...they're winning 5-2 after being 2-1 down.

    Wankers.

    2-1 now.

That would be a good result for us.

Gives Arsenal a real something to play for.

    6-2 now.

    Sounds a great game. . . unless you're a Roma fan.

Yep-finished 2-1. good result as far as Sunday is concerned. Yeah, I know the players drafted in will be looking to play their way into contention but those who are left in from tonight won't have got back to the UK until Friday and then they'll fly up here on the Saturday night. So many games in this league are about small margins and that could be enough to tip things in our favour.

And don't worry-I haven't forgot that our default setting is shit.
