Thread: OT How would you describe marmite as a taste to somebody?

    roly, suck on an oxo cube....almost identical. Salty but nice. Love Marmite, so much so i'm now gonna have some.

    The wife has marmite and peanut budder on toast
    Crazy woman

    She,s spent a bit of time in the US so that might be the cause of this affliction

    Only really had it on toast or used it like a bovril drink. Don't particularly like it on cold bread cos it waint spread and you end up eating it too thick. You can spread it more easily on a warm slice of toast.

    Meant to be very healthy, full o vitamins.
