He should get a great reception when he brings Solihull to Meadow Lane next season, especially as all of his NL games at Notts were behind closed doors (luckily for him, perhaps, given some of the shockers toward the end of his tenure).

Agreed, best of luck to him. He wasn't the manager we needed at the particular moment he was appointed, but hey-hoo, that's gone now. But he is a thoroughly decent human being who without a doubt gave the job his best shot.
