Wouldn't that be a shock twist.
Psaw may have his faults but hiding under another moniker just isn't his style

Crisps are a tad bad for health because of high salt content (speeds up the heartbeat for no good reason), though I have a packet once in a while. When doing my weekly food & drink shopping I look at the salt content of whatever I buy, it has to be listed by law on the packaging / bottle. Similar soft drinks from the same maker (orange, lemon, peach, pineapple etc) often have slightly different levels of salt, varying from 0.03% to 0.01%. The varieties of butter and bread have significant differences of salt content. I have not bought salt in the last 10 years. There is now a decent choice of seasonings that have little or no salt content.

A lot of food that we buy already contains more than enough salt as a preservative, it is unnecessary to sprinkle salt on it and there are alternatives. Maybe you will do yourself no harm at all in indulging in a lifetime of an excessive amount of salt, just as it is possible that you may not do yourself any harm by indulging in a lifetime of smoking. It is easily possible to avoid eating an excessive amount of salt with no feeling of missing out on any culinary delight.

That was Rory Delap who broke the corner flag, against Colchester at Wembley. It was an awful game that, until the penalty shootout.

For me, the first Wembley appearance was more special and I remember a lot more of the day.

How about your favourite away pub?

Cocopops, those XL crisps are good for a crisp sandwich, on freshly baked wholemeal with real butter.

If you're feeling frisky, add a sliced tomato and some fried garlic (maybe even a fried egg on top).

You're either trying to get me to eat some horrible concoction has a laugh because I'm not a Welsh or XL cheese crisps are hugely overhyped,I suspect may be a little of both and I will back on the Walkers
