Hope he gets a chance somewhere. Warney reason why Purrington went & we didn't sign a left back last season our manager can't see past Mattock at left back. He'd find it hard to tell Mattock he's not 1st choice left back.

The anti Mattock hysteria on here is pretty pathetic. Believe he is over the injuries that have dogged him for the last couple of years. If so he will comfortably be the best left back in Lge 1. Warne obviously thinks so !

Like Warne thought we could beat the drop without getting a left back in, Once you get back problems they never go away,
If Mattock drops out through injury, & we ain't got cover, Warne will get slated.
