All in all my own own rather pessimistic expectations have evaporated. Hennessey is a good addition, Cornet and Roberts are two fantastic acquisitions, I'm a bit meh about Lennon but he does bolster the numbers and we know what we have got. All in all we have to be happyish!

BT, I have to say that Lennon played well at Newcastle last Wednesday until replaced by Pieters just after the hour mark. I was impressed by Collins in that game and Ben Mee was absolutely outstanding playing next to him. Our record at St James park has not been brilliant over the years and we worked really hard as a team to get the draw with Hennessey making 3 good saves in the 20 minute spell when they were on top at the start of the second half.
