If you're looking for a reason not to go to this match then so is practically every other supporter of lower league teams.
The need for the Premiership to continue funding the EFL is clear for all to see yet I read recently that the breakaway teams agreed from the outset not to increase the financial difference between it and The EFL.
The EFL is the pourer cousin of the Prem now which is being financially funded to such a small percentage from what they started with.
It's because of this inbalance, the EFL had to agree to having B teams from the Premiership clubs to raise the funding given by them and devalue this competition to what it is now.
An unsupported burden on clubs of the lower leagues to give a joke real match experience to the elite under 21's that were probably poached from the lower leagues clubs anyway!
I really do hope we win it but it's value is nothing to what it was!
Enjoy the match boys and girls!
