The transfer embargo had allowed the club to bring in only free agents, on one year deals
or shorter, & players on half season loans.
All signings had to fall within a wage restriction, reportedly a maximum of £4,500 a week.

Derby county brought in free agents, Curtis Davies, Ravel Morrison, Richard Stearman &
Ryan Allsop on one year deals, & that filled the clubs allowed quota of 23 players of
    " Professional Standing ".
The club then received dispensation from the EFL, to add Phil Jagielka & Sam Baldock on
short term deals, until January 2022 to cover long term injuries to Krystian Bielik &
    Colin Kazim-Richards.
It means Derby County can't add new signings to the squad unless -
1 - Transfer embargo is relaxed or lifted
2 - One of the 23 players of " Professional Standing " in the squad leaves permanently
or his contract is terminated, to free up a space for another free agent.

    Summary
The EFL might wait until the season end, to me do this, give em a 30 point deduction,
& relegate them to either division two or the National League.
The club has bent the rules, time & time again.
PS MY summary, is my wishes, but won't happen.

' audited annual account ' on time, which they have since been reordered
to do, & ' Defaults in payments to HMRC ', which means a failure to repay
debts either entirely, or on time, to HMRC.

It appears the new offence is ' Default in paying transfer instalments '.

    Charges against Derby County -

Regulation 16.2 - Failure to provide audited annual accounts.

Regulation 16.3 - Annual accounts not filed with Company House.

Regulation 17 - Default in payments to HMRC

Profit & sustainability rules - Non submission of audited accounts.

Regulation 51.2.3 - Defaults in paying transfer fee instalments

Summary - If I was Rooney, I would be out of the club, what a farce.

Derby County want relegating to the National league.
Derby County have had the 5th charge against dropped, which was -

Regulation 51.2.3 - Defaults in paying transfer fee instalments,
This charge dropped, after the matter was resolved, the charge related
to a late payment, to Arsenal, for defender Krystian Bielik.

    <> Derby County <>

News coming through, the EFL to give a 9 point deduction to Derby County,
with a 3 point suspended, the EFL talking to To Derby County, to whether the
    club will accept it.
What a load of Bo**ocks, the EFL are bending the rules to suit Derby County.

The club should be relegated, at least 2 divisions, I think the EFL wants a
independent review to its running of football.
    Now checking further news.

The Derby County saga been going on a long time. lolmorgan, why start
something & not finish it, in my case, the postings.
Personally I think bringing this issue, with Derby County is showing the
EFL is lacking in its standards, running football.

I have followed the Derby County saga , from last season, you don't
write only half a book, if someone doesn't like it, don't read it.

All clubs fans should be talking about it and chanting about it to bring it to attention that something needs doing about the divide.

Should also be talking about Oldham, no clubs/fans want to go to a match to see disruptions

Btw get ready for scanners on Saturday (I’ve not had a problem)

Apparently the owner has now withdrawn sales of home matchday tickets and only season ticket holders can attend presumably in an attempt to reduce protests.
Also refused to sell tickets for an upcoming away game
