Ipswich away 23rd Nov - Conditions of Entry

For anyone who has / or will buy a ticket for Ipswich away. There are a couple of conditions of entry.

Supporters will need to arrive at a time specified on their tickets and will also have to provide proof of a negative lateral flow test or their vaccination history showing that they have received both doses of the vaccine 14 days before the fixture.

Received my tickets today and they have given me a half hour slot (6.30-7pm, lots of Ed Sheeran songs for me then in the buildup) to enter the stadium. Not sure how stringently they will enforce the entry time compared to the vaccine status which seems black and white.

I'm sure people have already seen but just in case you haven't, check your ticket and be prepared.

Is this the first away game for us with such conditions this season?

Another condition of entry is to take out a bank loan before you go as their tickets are usually very pricey

Yeah £27 although I do remember the year they came down from the Champ with us the tickets were a tenner because nobody was going in the home end.

I wouldn’t be happy getting there that early, so what happens if you turn up later than your ticket states?

The prices were very high at one time, like Flourbasher says.

I suppose its a case of if you get enough adhereing to the time slot can’t see them turning anyone away…I guess there maybe only two slots 6.30/7 as MT”s and 7/7.30…

Can’t see too many turning up anyway with it being a night game so shouldn’t really need to do the time slot
