Derby County Administration Points Deduction Appeal Adjourned

Derby County's appeal against a 12 point deduction for going into administration, has
been adjourned, with the appeal hearing date to be finalised, sometime in November,
    by the independent panel.

Derby County also have a 9 point deduction hanging over their heads for financial
issues, but Derby County are said to be " increasingly confident " of reducing the
9 point deduction, to a 3 points deduction.
Just how far are the football authorities going to bend for Derby County.

Thais why the EFL go to great lengths to negotiate to try an avoid a right of appeal when dealing with the cases…because clubs will effectively filibuster it away till a maybe more desirable/beneficial time.

What right of appeal has Derby County got, they are blaming coronavirus for going into administration, every club in
the football leagues suffered financial losses, but were better run than Derby County.
So the buck ends at Derby County, they should take the point's deductions, & the EFL man up & show some gumption,
by implementing the said points deductions, there should be no right of appeal.
    Hang em out to dry.

Well Wigan claimed a force majeure and wasn’t successful…but pigs appealed and got if halved and then argued about being half guilty should be not guilty it’s an open and sliding scale with these cases so you never ever know..

A new story has emerged regarding Derby County, & the points deductions regarding the club.

The Telegraph, has reported that Derby County will take the 9 points deduction, & 3 points suspended
for financial fair play breaches, under former owner Mel Morris, after being advised by lawyers.

Derby County also having a 12 point deduction for going into administration, the club appealed this
decision, but a independent panel board meeting was adjourned this week.
Derby County it would seem have decided not to pursue the appeal, & will accept the 12 point deduction.

So Derby County will have a 21 point deduction for the season, if the information is correct.

12 points for going into Administration, 9 points for financial fair play breaches.

Some Derby County fans blaming the EFL, where actually the blame lies in the boardroom.
