    If we beat Manure tonight

Yeah I know it's a big if a huge if in fact.
But if we do win we will be well and truly back in the mix of things and imagine what it would do for the players confidence going into the following games.
Regardless of teams around us having games in hand we would be going above Burnley and onto the same points as Watford. Leeds would only be 3 points ahead with Everton only 6 and Everton is our next game. I know most have included this game as a write off as with the last two but Manure are not Man City they can be hurt and often have off days especially at the back. I'm excited for this one and for some reason think we may just cause a bit of an upset tonight. Just imagine the scenes if we do.
Hope everyone has had a great Christmas by the way and hopefully tonight's result will make it even better.

I hope so too, Jacko. Would be a fantstic win if we could achieve it.

My worry is that, despite a clear improvement in our passing and forward play, the one thing that hadn't improved (aside from our luck) is our defence.

I can't recall a defence playing with so little confidence and making so many mistakes. Ritchie is directly reponsible for a goal every time he plays and Clark is a liability...Lascelles too. With the speed and movement they've got up front, I fear for us tonight.

Didn't mean to piss on your chips.

As bad as Manchester are we are different level bad.

So bad for so long its boring. We don't have the ability to cause an upset anymore - I used to think it was always possible but its just not in this team to do it at the moment.

Thank F its nearly January to give these lads help, a freshen and a shake up. Its badly needed.

Ashley and Brucies chickens are home to roost, I just wish our players had had the professionalism to have done a bot extra to keep themselves fit and sharp during SB tenure if the poor training methods rumour was true.

We will lose tonight 3-1 without a whimper.

If he picks Lascelles and Clark and Richie it’s another heavy defeat for us

I'm not sure who else he can pick, other than swap Schar for Clark. Mind, Ritchie is so shite, I'd even put Krafth in as he at least is a defender by trade.
