Re Admin... They are officers of the court. They say they have requested some clarification from the bidders on parts of their bids. That MUST be true. If it's not, then Quantuma and any employees involved could well be struck off and never work as Admin/Curator again.

Re 15 point deduction crap..... There will ONLY BE a 15 point deduction IF we fail to pay football creditors the full 100% we owe them and/or we fail to pay non-football creditors a minimum of 25% of what we owe them..... this has been an EFL rule since the Leicester fiasco of 2002. Reading the rubbish all over antisocial media so many fans seem convinced that the EFL wants to hit us with another 15 points next season and, should we meet the 100%/25% threshold, they will find/invent something else to force the 15 point penalty, even if pay pay double what we owe to all parties.

Yet again, it seems facts don't matter.

Well after reading that, I can only conclude that patience has run out.

Patience running out all over antisocial media. Mainly from people who either don't know/understand the process or just ignore the facts.

Ever thought that Q has not issued an update as things haven't changed? They got the bids in. They studied them. They requested clarification on certain points from bidders. That's all in the public domain. That no further updates have been issued, might that be because they are still waiting on the clarification?

What's also in the public domain is that we have funds to the end of this month. The named preferred buyer will have to immediately deposit a non-returnable £5M deposit. That will be the funds to see us through this season. Until that deposit has been made we don't have funds to go further than the end of this month.

The EFL is aware of the above. They are probably muddying the waters to deflect attention away from them.

There's lots of mileage in this fiasco yet so we all just have to be patient

Unfortunately MA, unless someone gets their finger out soon the 'fiasco' will be the demise of DCFC!
I see that Chelsea are now up for sale, perhaps Ashley will go for them! Champions League and all that!

As usual (and actually on most subjects) can we all take a drag on what MA is smoking?

Following requests to clarify what 'shortly', in terms of their naming of the Preferred Bidder, actually means they have issued a new statement this morning stating that 'shortly' means that they will be 'shortly' in a position to name said PB!!
So that clears that up then!!
