I believe you. The big, big difference is that I've always been happy to let threads meander in whichever direction posters take them, whereas you regularly berate others for going off topic especially on match threads. You also claim that you want to avoid petty arguments and only talk about football and Notts, and then do the exact opposite. This thread is a perfect example, you've told others that match threads should be about the match, and then completely ignored the rules you set. This really belongs on handbags, but Swale hasn't intervened so I was just curious how long you would continue to pollute a match thread before taking it there. I'm still waiting for the answer to that!

My opinion is that it should be allowed up to a point, because it's sometimes deserved. In your case, when mocking and belittling other posters is incessant, it goes a bit too far, especially when you do it in the wrong place. Your weird and obsessive desire to try and look superior is becoming very tedious. I know you won't value my opinion, but it really isn't doing you any favours.

So many of the posts on here weren't about the match and at no point did you suggest to me or anyone that it should be moved. In fact I've noticed you only suggest it on my posts. Shock. Horror.

I don't care tbh. It seems however that how you are perceived and how popular you are or aren't on an football internet message board with strangers is quite important to you.
