    Harrogate Match Day

I am anticipating a Carlisle team playing with freedom and looking for contracts. 0-3

Is that not a contradiction in terms.

Many people get nervous at job interviews and don't perform to their best.

I guess if one doesn't interview well one doesn't get the job. At the same time cocky over confidence seldom pays dividends. But a lot depends who is doing the interview - many do not want to hire people who may challenge them in the future. I guess Paul is not worried about last, but will want to find people who can stand up when the pressure is on; while not interested in someone like McKirdy who may disrupt the team which is more important than the individual.

I guess we will be a bit closer to knowing the answer by full time.

    Enjoy the game.

Let's hope they play like they did in the second half, not the first!
